Naturopathic Initial Visit
Online or in-person, this visit is designated for individuals to meet with Dr. Cass to go over their current health concerns. Past medical history, health goals and a treatment plan are all discussed during this visit. This visit is available for women and children.
Please note: Dr. Cass’s clinical focus is on women’s and children’s health and she does not treat men’s health conditions.

Naturopathic Follow Up Visit
Online or in-person, this program is designed to help you lay the foundations for health and wellness. The program covers a different foundational health topic each month for 5 months. Each session is 1:1 with Dr. Cass.

In-person only, this visit is for injection therapy. Injections available: Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, Vitamin B complex with adrenal support.
Please note: recent blood work may be required by Dr. Cass before this service can be administered.

In-person only, this visit tracks your child’s wellness, development and health as they grow. Each visit consists of a physical exam, milestone and development markers and preventative strategies to help your child navigate the world with optimal health.
Typical visit time line: Newborn, 2 months, 4 months, 6 months, 9 months, 12 months, 15 months, 12 months, 2 years old.

Please Note: We currently offer direct billing for Blue Cross only. For all other health insurance companies, we will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your health insurance for reimbursement.
Naturopathic Wellness Program
Online or in-person, this visit will help you to continue to work with Dr. Cass on your plan to achieve your personal health and wellness goals. Any changes to treatment plans are done in these visits. Typically visits are monthly or quarterly.
